Service scope, student obligations, amendment fees, and governing law for engagements with Gradvisors.
By engaging Gradvisors for any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing any agreement or making any payment.
1. Our services
Gradvisors provides educational consultancy services to students seeking admission at universities abroad. Our services include profile assessment, university shortlisting, application assistance, personal statement support, visa guidance, and related advisory services. The exact scope applicable to your case is defined in your signed Service Agreement.
2. No guarantee of admission
Gradvisors does not guarantee admission to any university or educational institution. Admission decisions rest entirely with the institutions themselves. If a student does not receive an offer of admission, Gradvisors bears no liability for this outcome. Our role is to give you the strongest possible application — the university makes the final call.
3. Student obligations
To allow us to deliver our services effectively, you are required to:
- Provide all requested documents and information within five to seven working days of any request
- Ensure that all information and documents submitted to us are accurate and truthful
- Maintain timely communication with your assigned counsellor
- Make payments directly to educational institutions in a timely manner as instructed
Any delays or disruptions caused by failure to meet these obligations are the student’s sole responsibility. Gradvisors will not be liable for missed deadlines or lost opportunities arising from such delays.
4. Accuracy of information
You warrant that all documents and information provided to Gradvisors are true, accurate, and not misleading. Any dispute, penalty, or consequence arising from inaccurate information is entirely your responsibility. You agree to indemnify and hold Gradvisors harmless from any resulting claims.
5. Confidentiality
All documents, essays, personal statements, and materials prepared by Gradvisors for your application are confidential and may not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party without Gradvisors’ written consent. Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your agreement and legal action under applicable Pakistani law.
6. Amendments to your application scope
After three days from the date of signing your service agreement, any changes to the agreed list of universities or programmes will incur an amendment fee, payable before the amendment takes effect.
7. Intellectual property
Documents prepared by Gradvisors remain our intellectual property until all outstanding compensation has been fully settled. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose these materials without written consent.
8. Force majeure
Gradvisors will not be held liable for any delay or failure in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to governmental decisions, natural disasters, pandemics, or strikes. In such cases, we will notify you within 15 days of the occurrence. If the situation persists for more than three months, either party may terminate the agreement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your engagement with Gradvisors shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of law in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
10. Entire agreement
Your signed Service Agreement, together with these Terms and Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gradvisors. It supersedes all prior verbal or written communications, including anything discussed during counselling sessions or consultations.
